These Terms of Service — which also constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Ausinly mobile app — govern your access to and use of Ausinly's platform, mobile apps, and community network.

🛡️ Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior
Ausinly strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, violence, threats, or abusive conduct. All user submissions are protected by real-time automated safety screening, one-tap content reporting, and instant user blocking tools.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the Ausinly app, or accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization or household, you confirm you have proper authority.

Description of Service & Medical Scope

Ausinly is a non-emergency care coordination and community communication platform designed to connect families (“Care Seekers”) with verified caregivers (“Companions”) and accredited organizations.

Medical Disclaimer: Ausinly is not a healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, emergency response dispatch, diagnostic tool, legal counsel, or insurance broker. If you or someone you are caring for experiences a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Account Registration & Trust Stack Verification

Members agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date credentials. To maintain a safe and supportive community:

  • Caregivers may complete optional Trust Stack tiers (government ID verification, background checks, organizational affiliations).
  • Users must maintain credential confidentiality and immediately report any unauthorized access.
  • Ausinly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that falsify credentials or violate safety pledges.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Ausinly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Ausinly mobile application solely for personal care coordination in accordance with these terms.

Safety Pledges & Community Rules

All members of the Ausinly community commit to:

  • Treating families, individuals with unique needs, and care providers with dignity and kindness.
  • Conducting session communications transparently through secure in-app channels.
  • Honoring scheduled care commitments and adhering to fair cancellation rules.
